Here is a small selection of my projects. I took most of the photos while travelling. I used a tripod throughout for the shots of the USA West project. Almost all of the other photos were taken by hand.
The pictures were taken in the last few years. I took most of the pictures with my flash system.
Pictures from Paros and Naxos from the years 2018 to 2022. The graphic structures in particular appealed to me.
Pictures from Colorado, Arizona and Utah from 1992, mostly from Mesa Verde, showing Anazasi cliff dwellings.
The photos were taken in 2023 and the cobbled streets, medieval buildings and canals offer a variety of motifs.
The pictures of the Acropolis are from 2023.
The photos were taken in 2024. You can go on wonderful hikes in South Tyrol and the castles and palaces in particular offer good motifs for black and white photography.
I took the photos in Berlin in 2021. Real winters are now very rare in Berlin. This winter was an opportunity for minimalist black and white shots.
The photos were taken in 2016.
Injured birds of prey have been cared for in special aviaries on the castle hill at Schloss Tirol since 1998. Once they have been nursed back to health, they are released back into the wild.
